Man barricaded in Montgomery Co. home surrendered | News
GERMANTOWN, Md. (WUSA9) – The man who barricaded himself in a Germantown home on Sunday night has peacefully surrendered.
Police said it started off as a domestic incident.
The home is located in the 21000 block Seneca Crossing Drive.
