Upcounty Regional Services Center Hosts Community Conversation

          The Montgomery County Upcounty Regional Services Center will host a Community Conversation about health and quality of life issues on Wednesday, May 11 from 7 to 9 p.m.  The center is located at 12900 Middlebrook Rd., Germantown.  Attendees will have an opportunity to share their views about how their community can be a healthier place to live.

          The County‚Äôs five regional services centers, in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services and Common Health Action, are hosting the conversations as a part of the Healthy Montgomery Initiative, a community-based effort to improve the health and well-being of Montgomery County residents.  The Healthy Montgomery Steering Committee includes planners, policy makers, health and social service providers and community members.  The Healthy Montgomery community improvement process is a community-based effort to improve the health and well-being of Montgomery County residents.
