GERMANTOWN, Md. (WUSA9) -- A thirty-three-year-old man, a 13-year-old and and a 15-year-old were arrested for stealing five PEPCO utility poles having a total value of $25,000 in Rockville, Md.
Marvin W. Frazier, 33, of Germantown, is being charged with burglary and theft for breaking into a construction site and stealing five PEPCO utility poles, police said.
The burglary happened around 1:40 a.m. Saturday, police said. Authorities responded to the area of Omega Drive and Research Boulevard in Rockville, Md. for the report of a suspicious situation.
The suspects put the utility poles into a U-Haul truck, police said.
Authorities found the U-Haul truck parked at the Extended Stay America hotel located at 2621 Research Boulevard. The three males were spotted running off, however police were able to stop them in the Sleep Inn parking lot located at 2 Research Court.
